David Swearingen

Senior Electrical Designer

David Swearingen graduated in 2004 from Utah Valley University with his A.A.S. in Drafting Technology and in 2013 with his B.S in Construction Management. David has 7 years of design experience on commercial and residential design. Projects include single resident housing, multi-tenant housing, mixed-use, hospitality, light commercial, industrial, restaurants, education, and health care. One of his favorite projects while working here at Royal Engineering is the Vertical Harvest Project. He enjoys spending time at home with his family and two dogs.
